Ruby is a lovely chipper girl with a jolly out look on everything and
everyone she meets. She is very sweet and affection in every way. She is
quite big for a female but that means there is much more to cuddle. Poor
Ruby has been waiting for a new home for quite some time now and we really
do not understand why, as she is such a nice girl.

She is sometimes a little overly friendly towards humans in fact we would
say a little fruity at times. She is a very quiet girl who never seems to
bark. She is the kind of Bullie who would love nothing more than a nice
cosy sofa with a loving owner to cuddle upto her at night.

Ruby is a good eater and enjoys all her food, she is very gentle when
taking treats. Due to her nature we feel Ruby could live with children of
8 years and over.
Ruby has been dog tested and seems fine to other dogs outside in general
social situations but Ruby does not want to share her home with another
dog or cat, so she would need to be the only pet in the home.

Ruby does have a condition called dry eye which is currently treated with
Viscous tears & Lacrilube, both are of little cost. Ruby would need
someone about most of the day as she will chew if left alone for too long,
but this will probably stop when in the home by being corrected.

Please look back at the photo's of Ruby and ask yourself if you can give
her a home as she has been waiting for you for such a long time, please
don't let her see another year in rescue.

If you feel you can offer this adorable girl a fantastic home, then please
complete an application form and contact Joan Kenway on 01256 861 227 two
days after your form has been sent
