PEGGY - 14months brindle/white spayed. lively but
very sweet, needs a previous bullie owner who understands
oddities like bullie run and endless chuntering talk, and can
lay down ground rules. not a bad bone in her body, just went to
a non bullie suitable home, I think too lively and excitable for
children under 12yrs.needs a firm, quiet home and then she will
adore her owner. |

ARCHIE - 1 year old brindle male who has lived happily with a collie and a young child, but he blotted his copy book when both dogs were given a treat at the same time. He ate his treat first and then tried to get the other one. His owner felt the child would be at risk. He is a very active dog and can jump high fences, he is also likely to chew if left alone for long periods. Needs a firm hand and lots of patience and maybe a visit to traaining school. Another very nice dog who has had a bad start in life, but at this age all is not lost. |

BARNEY - 8 months old brindle, who fell into the wrong hands as a small puppy. He has been kept caged for 6 months of his life and has had no training. He is very boisterous and very excitable. He was rescued by an elderly couple who tried very hard with him but he was too strong for them, so they reluctantly handed him over to us. He needs a new owner with some experience and a calm attitude to training him. |

CULLY is about 6 years old. beautiful tiger brindle coat, real bully type with ears flat down on his head. He is such a sweety. He is castrated and seems ok with other dogs. As yet we dont know what he's like with children but he seems a sweet boy looking for the best owner in the world. |

FAGIN - Large white male, two years of age. We received him from the RSPCA and on collecting him the RSPCS representative noted he was with five children. He appears very healthy and is certainly a strong dog. He is good looking and handsome, with one ear up and one ear down. Very friendly with people, and is good in the kennel, eats anything put before him and loves titbits, but he does not like other dogs very much- not a fighter as such, but would be better as an only dog. |

FAGIN 2 is 18 months old. He is white and handsome with one black ear and eye markings. His first owner had to let him go because of his own ill health. He had put him in boarding kennels temporarily, then he was transferred to an all breeds rescue kennel. Our helpers rescued him and kept him in their home to assess him. They found that he is a very nice dog that is very people orientated. He does love to be with someone all the time. He doesn't jump up and is quite well behaved - for a Bull Terrier! He loves to sleep on the settee, being cuddled at the same time. He is mild mannered and appears to be non aggressive with other animals - even cats! He was very popular with the neighbours while he was being fostered. Bear in min though, he does not like to be left alone |

TAZ - 3 years old brindle male whose owner fell on hard times and lost his home. He loved his dog so much that he felt he would be happier if he was rehomed with a loving, permanent family. He is a very nice dog, strongly built, but with nice manners and he is very handsome. This dog would be a very good addition to any family as he is on welfare through no fault of his own. |
